Dr John Vaccaro Performs Surgery Without Consent Form
Dr John Vaccaro MD (pictured to the left) a plastic surgeon 202 Rt. 37 West Toms River NJ and 146 Rt. 17 North Level 3 Hackensack NJ performed an “elective” cosmetic surgery procedure on my then 2 year old child without a consent form.
This elective surgery was ordered by Carol Mead 1536 Dorsett Dock Road Point Pleasant NJ. Carol Mead, the grandmother, gave a verbal consent to Dr John Vaccaro to cut open my 2 year old little girl with Carol Mead having no legal rights to my child. Only a written consent is allowed by law by a legal guardian.
Not only is this criminal fraud but child abuse. Carol Mead works as a crossing guard for the Borough of Point Pleasant.
Those in Ocean County who knew about this crime and chose to cover it up because Dr John Vaccaro is politically connected are; Ocean County Family Court Judge James Blaney, DYFS Manager David Rudnitsky (gapped tooth below), DYFS 
Supervisor James Hennig (red face to the left), DYFS Caseworker Anna Luibil, DYFS Roslyn Blau, Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office Investigator Jason Steele.

I will disclose up front that Dr. Vaccaro performed emergency surgery on me in 1988 after an accident and did a fine job, helping save me from permanent disfigurement. I am not taking sides in this matter, but merely want to understand the nature of your complaint. Beyond the claim that the surgery was not legally authorized, was it performed competently and how is Leigha doing today? I would not normally ask personal questions, but as this blog is posted publically, can you tell us why the grandmother decided to take the child for surgery rather than you? The diagnosis (including laceration/avulsion injuries down to the muscular level) indicates that surgery was necessary (even if termed “elective”) to restoring Leigha’s appearance. Can you elaborate further on this?

I am sure the surgery Dr. John Vaccaro performed on you helped you out tremendously, and I am happy for you. That does not excuse him from breaking the law and perform illegally surgery on my child. Operating on a child let alone anybody with out a written consent is by law a crime.
The grandmother Carol Mead of 1536 Dorsett Dock Road took Leigha to the hospital due to her dog biting my daughter on the face. Carol Mead a crossing guard for the borough of Point Pleasant made a decision to have my daughter operated on with Dr. John Vaccaro while never having any legally authority to do so.
