Ocean County Family Court Legal Kidnapping
Legal Definition for Kidnapping is:
“The crime of unlawfully seizing and carrying away a person by force or “fraud”, or seizing and detaining a person against his or her will with an intent to carry that person away at a later time”.
When government fails to protect children it throws open the doors to private contractors, lawyers, psychologists, therapists and psychiatrists who enrich themselves at the expense of children.
The Ocean County Family Court System has followed suit along with other corrupt family courts in our country. Instead of being an example to other states by running the family court system as a professional judicial court Ocean County decided to make a mockery of the judicial system while richly profiting financially at the expense of thousands of children.
The Child Protective Services throughout this country was developed to ensure the safety of children. As years went by corrupt lawyers who became judges found out that by being surrounded by political cronies aka court whores, they were able to monopolize the family court system and make huge profits.
The Child Protective System in New Jersey is called New Jersey Division of Youth and Family Services also know as New Jersey DYFS or NJ DYFS. New Jersey DYFS gets federally funded for the amount of children they put in foster care. So the more children the agency strips from their natural parents and puts into foster care the more money they receive from the federal government.

This is outrageous. Judge Blaney is the judge that gave my x husband my son knowing he kill someone, and is an alcholic.
Ocean County courts are corrupt. The judges work with dyfs workers and I know for a fact. they took 2 children away from their mother because she was living in a motel and gave them to two fathers, one father just tested positive for pot last week and got busted for pot 6 months ago and is in drug court and the other father refused to take a urine screening which is a positive in dyfs’s mind. What gets even better is: they ruled in court today that the Paternal grandmother of the one busted with pot be their supervisor and live in his house, and the other father of my daughters 15 month old also reside in their house with them. oh, it gets even better. The paternal grand-mother is not even living in this state. She resides in Alabama with her boyfriend. She just comes to visit here and see her son and grandson. Now you tell me what the heck is going on. Also, she is no relation to the my fifteen month old. I am the maternal grandmother. If anyone has any information for me as to who I should talk to about this. They have already taken 3 grandchildren from me. They took all of my other daughters children, (my daughter are twins) gave two of them to their Father and then allowed them to move to Florida leaving 30 close Family members, their church, daycare, everything behind. Ripped them right out of everything that they were used to. Everything that in court rulings, they say should keep them here. Now they are trying to take her last child and put him up for adoption, all because they said she failed one drug test for zanex. Where is all the help Division of youth and FAMILY SERVICES my butt!! We need to stand up for ourselves and our children and we can’t let them make big federal funding by taking our precious children away.
Ocean County isn’t the only County with this agenda. Passaic County and Judge Michael K. Diamond continues to keep a 6 year old boy in an abusive foster home where the foster mother admitted she hit him. The boy was never abused at home (removed due to fights between mother & father over ex-husband’s harrassment over custody of half-brothers) and the Law Guardian’s “friendship” with the foster family $$$$$$$$. Tried going the 100% straight by the book route with no success. How can we get the media involved in a major expose’ of this? This foster mother is in her 50′s with multiple alcoholic and mental issues in her and her family. WHERE IS THE JUSTICE FOR THESE CHILDREN???

There is no justice for the children, in fact family court has nothing to do with the children. It has everything to do with making money. These court whore’s are nothing more than common everyday low life thieves. For the exception of their robes and letters at the end of their names they do absolutely nothing to contribute to society.

This is curious as I too have been wondering what DYFS agenda is. I’ve had a very bizarre set of circumstances where I can’t help but think there is something more at work here instead of just seeing after the good and welfare of the children. My story – short version!: DUI new years eve 2008. (that in itself was curious as I had a BAC of < .02) My wife and children were with me. They would not let my wife drive the rest of the way home (you could see the house) because she was "intoxicated". They never spoke to my wife at all, just came to that conclusion. Since this is about DYFS, I'll spare you the rest. Due to the children's presence, DYFS was called to the house at 2am. The rep spoke to my wife, checked on the children, and concluded/documented all was fine, and "no alcohol appears to be involved". However, 2 1/2 years later we get a fed-ex to appear in Trenton (keep in mind this is lonnggg put to bed) for a "hearing" on this incident. One of the officers had put that "wife was intoxicated and had a pending DUI". What is a "pending DUI"? Her worst offense is a few parking tickets in 27 years of driving. The children live in a beautiful home, have wonderful caring parents, both with solid jobs, friends galore. What could they possibly want now? It was an isolated incident, I paid my dues, and we all moved on. What could this "hearing" possibly be about? Why would the officer put "wife has pending DUI" in his documentation to DYFS? Is someday someone going to show up and say "oh I forgot to give you this"???

This is certainly baffling..especially because they are sending a fed-ex to appear in Trenton? Why not Ocean Co. Superior Court? I would hope it is the beginning of Trenton investigating the corruption in the lower courts. If I were you, I would DEMAND to see the DYFS file & DEMAND that any untrue statements be removed (if they are contained in your file, they may find a way to use them later if, God forbid, they come back to break up your family). May God bless and protect you & your family from the evil empire of organized legal kidnapping! Be sure you have a lawyer who knows the DYFS tricks of the trade…lie, cover-up, lie some more. Make sure you speak out for any injustice to your family, then sue for harrassment! I recently spoke to a father in Missouri who returned from his second tour of duty in Iraq & he said that was a piece of cake compared to what he has gone through to protect and regain custody of his son! Be aware, be prepared! Spread the word to bring this out into the media for exposure. I recently wrote to Geraldo Rivera, Nancy Grace, Oprah Winfrey, Bill Clinton, Pres. Obama, Rev. Al Sharpton, Jesse Ventura, & Dr. Phil, local & state CASA & Child Placement Review Board & non-state affiliated Children’s Organizations…. My previous letters to Governors (Christie & Corzine), Comm. of Children (Ricketts & Wood), Head of DYFS (Mozes) & various others went unanswered.
Baffling to say the least Greg! What exactly is a “pending DUI”? Your either driving under the influence or not! How ridiculous. Send me the names of all the people in Ocean County DYFS that are doing this to you. From this day forward record every telephone conversation you have with them.

For the pending DUI, its all becoming clear. It was already widespread information that the DUI they gave me was forced. (8 days earlier we had took them to court for another fabrication and won). I had inside info they were “livid” over this, and one of the cops had a personality conflict with my wife. My mistake was I knew they would be looking for me or my wife to bag us for anything after that, and I drove that night thinking that is was only 1/4 mile away, hadn’t drank in a few hours, etc etc, shouldn’t be a problem. ANYway, to stick the screws to us further, they summoned DYFS because of what I mentioned earlier, the kids were in the car. In order to ensure this would stick, they wrote “can not let wife drive as she has a pending DUI”. This forced DYFS hand to stick around, though the original DYFS rep to show up deemed it not necessary. Apparently this must of enraged them further, as one of the officers wife is affiliated with DYFS in some fashion (I dont know how exactly, but she is friends with a second DYFS worker who was later sent to do an interview of us) I have her name. She too found everything as normal as could be, but in order to not let her friend down, had the case moved further into the system and proceeded to “hide” after that so she would not have to explain this maneuver to anyone. (We already knew what she was up to, I just wanted to hear her say it)
The Chief of Forensics for the State had already concluded (and documented) there was something odd about the whole case and the BAC test concluded as such. (they felt they didn’t get a reading so frustrated again, wrote it as a refusal)The reading was verified as accurate later. I also have the officers on tape continuously asking if I worked at home. We could only conclude this was to allow them some form of twisted conscious that them fabricating the DUI would not be a huge burden on me. Once you pass the BAC, the decision still comes down to the officers on whether he “felt” you were over the limit. I knew then I had no shot based on the officers actions and a fellow officer in another town continuously spouting “What the (expletive) is your lawyer going to do for you now”? This officer had nothing to do with the case 8 days earlier, nor should he have any information about it!
Bringing us to today and this “pending DUI” scenario with DYFS. Being there is not such a beast in the NJ State Law vocabulary, and a hard copy of her driver record confirms this attempt at defamation of character, the whole thing has spun into a huge DYFS concoction of half truths and whoring their way into a families lives they have no business being. Personally I just can’t believe they are wasting time and tax payers money on this. Something that happened 2 1/2 years ago that lasted all of 20 minutes. However, as I educate myself more on DYFS and what sham the whole thing is, its more enlightening to a situation I thought was something I may have just mis-judged and should just let it run its course.
