How can one expose this type of fraudulent churches, where the whole family is on the board , where they own the business????
There is no overseeing of the money, there is no meetings of the board, and all documents that exists are fraudulent. There is no limits, the money of the church is money of the family on so forth.
Is the very existence of this type of “church” a crime? I know one case and I am willing to file a complaint but have no idea where to start with. Could you help me out?

I almost lost my life because of Murachanian, literally. While a “member” of Fellowship Chapel I was faced w a very serious legal situation and required legal defence. After sharing my story w then pastor Phil Rosling (who was forced to leave the church after being exposed for having an affair w a married church member)Mr. Murachanian literally “jumped” at the opportunity to take my case … for $25,000! I was afraid and intimidated by the situation – and he knew it – I wanted to place my trust in a “man of god”; I received a man of total deceit. He had NO right to take on my case, and he knew it. He was an absolute bumbling fool, he NEVER followed through on the promises he made with regard to building a defence on my behalf. When confronted w his complete incompetence and my fear over losing my life to a prospective jail sentence as a result of inadequate defence he replied “its in gods hands”. I said that I had not hired him as a spiritual counsellor and he responded “Well I am a counsellor”. This occurred in the midst of a COMPLETELY neglected defence construct w VERY little time left pre-trial. I literally had to take on an alternate attorney and pay another $25,000!! Needless to say the new attorney said ad infinitum; “didn’t Ed do this…didn’t Ed do this”. The answer was consistently “NO” as my new and authentic “counsellor” shook his in disgust. A number of attorneys have reviewed my case since my authentic counsellor stepped up and saved my life; each has expressed the desire to see Murachanian disbarred if not dismembered. When confronted about discrepancies in his billing he floundered with no rational explanation. I hope his buddy in the van shows up at my place, he will certainly receive a “taste of his own medicine”.
